Perry Street Childcare Centre employs dedicated and passionate professionals who demonstrate a commitment to excellence in early childhood. All of our staff recognise and value the importance of developing strong relationships with the children and their families. Our teachers and educators work in a supportive environment with high staff to child ratios. 

 

Our teachers and educators are employed under the Professional Childcare Standard (PCS) or the Victorian Childhood Teachers and Educator’s Agreement (VECTEA). Educators employed on the PCS receive above award wages and conditions. 

 

At Perry Street, we value and support career progression and professional development for our staff and provide both mandatory training and professional development for our employees. We have a high staff retention and are proud of all our staff and the incredible work that they do at our centre.
