Diverse Learning Environments
Hakea
6 - 18 months
Our Hakea Room educators provide excellent quality care and education for up to eight children per day aged between 6 and 18 months. Working closely with families, we focus on forming strong relationships with the children so that they feel secure and comfortable. Routines are established based on the unique individual needs of each child.
Waratah
18 - 36 months
Our Waratah Room educators provide excellent quality care and education for up to eight children per day aged between 18 months and 3 years. We work hard to support children as they begin to feel confidence to explore and learn. We provide a warm, caring environment full of natural resources. We foster and support emerging friendships between children.
Acacia
2 - 3 years
Our Acacia Room educators work with families to provide excellent quality care and education for up to ten children per day aged between 2 and 3 years. We support children as they begin to feel confidence to explore and develop. Our educators employ a play based learning approach to provide a supportive learning environment based on children’s ages, stages and interests. We support the children as they begin forming friendships with each other.
Integrated Kindergarten Programs
3 - 5 years
Our Integrated Kindergarten programs are delivered by our Banksia room educators who deliver a high-quality learning curriculum to the children. The Banksia room has two bachelor qualified teachers and two diploma qualified educator delivering our 3- and 4-year-old kindergarten programs to 24 children. At Perry Street, we deliver these Kinder programs in a Long Day Care setting. Integrated Kindergarten programs provide greater flexibility for parents as your child will have a place in the service for the entire year including school holidays.
