Our Committee

Perry Street Childcare Centre and Elizabeth Gorman Memorial Kindergarten is managed by a dedicated Committee of Management comprised of our Centre Director, a Staff Representative and members elected from the parent body at an Annual General Meeting in March each year.

 

They are responsible for the following:

• Developing policies in collaboration with the centre's staff, parents and children

• Implementation of policies

• Financial planning and management

• Employment of educators

• Maintenance of all relevant records

• Development of new initiatives

• Fundraising for the centre

 

All parents are encouraged to be involved and contribute to the management of the centre.

 

Our committee meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the each month.
